TEDx MANAGUA 2017
We are committed to creating positive impact on our community. We gladly took on the challenge when TEDx Managua asked for our help in developing the visual concept, visual brand identity, and campaign guidelines for their 2017 edition.
They had a clear concept, so it wasn’t hard to visually articulate their vision: Reconocer (Spanish for recognize, acknowledge, notice). Due to everyday life we sometimes become inmune to the alarming events surrounding us. "Reconocer" invites us to take initiatives to notice and improve our reality.
The visual concept is based on the Snellen chart, a method used to estimate visual acuity. When taking the test our brain tries to decode the content, we make an extra effort to understand it. In a way, it makes us "stop" and pay close attention to it. This makes the message more memorable. Let’s take another look around us and take action!
